Moderate rooms with tools like waiting rooms, timeouts, and breakout rooms

The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account holders who create rooms are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of their account credentials
All activities that occur under their account
Moderating rooms they create and enforcing community guidelines
Providing accurate account information

Guest users may join rooms without an account by providing a display name. Guests are subject to the same conduct requirements as registered users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TribeYards to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Share illegal, harmful, or obscene content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Record or capture video/audio without consent of all participants

5. Content Guidelines

All content shared through TribeYards must comply with these guidelines:

No hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
No sexually explicit or pornographic material
No content that exploits minors in any way
No sharing of private information without consent (doxxing)
No copyright-infringing material
No content that violates the rights of others

Room hosts are responsible for enforcing content guidelines within their rooms.

6. Moderation

TribeYards provides moderation tools to room hosts and designated moderators, including:

Muting participants' audio or video
Issuing warnings to participants
Sending participants to timeout rooms
Kicking or banning participants from rooms
Managing waiting room admissions

Moderators should use these tools fairly and in accordance with our community guidelines. Abuse of moderation powers may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TRIBEYARDS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIBEYARDS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE, IF ANY.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to TribeYards at any time, with or without cause
Remove content that violates these terms
Ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines
Close rooms that are used for prohibited purposes

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TribeYards shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
